United Nations
Video Campaign
The United Nations - Division of Ocean and Law of the Sea supports developing nations in implementing sustainable ocean governance to grow their blue economies. Through compelling stories, such as that of Peni, a fisherman from Nabaka Village in Fiji, who shares the story of generations of his people taking local initiatives to protect the marine environment, we showcase the real-world impact of these efforts.

United Nations 'Theory of Change'
This United Nations program, funded by the Norwegian agency Norad, empowers developing nations to protect their marine ecosystems and sustainably grow their blue economies. With 109 participating countries and 4 nations improving their laws, this program is driving measurable change. Its four key activities—regional consultations, workshops, ocean governance studies, and technical assistance—provide comprehensive support to help nations build the capacity needed for long-term success.
These short-form, cinematic documentary-style videos highlight the program’s impact, showcasing how ocean governance strengthens both communities and economies. Media has the power to inspire action, connect people across borders, and contribute to a more sustainable future; these films drive engagement around meaningful change.
If you’re looking for a creative partner to bring powerful, impactful stories to life, I’d love to discuss how we can collaborate to make your vision a reality.
